With over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, procurement, business planning, customer service, and decision analysis, Paulina has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand an organization’ business needs and craft the most suitable solutions to improve procurement efficiency.
Before founding Efficacy Procurement in early 2020, Ms. Paulina held various procurement positions in the IT, fishing and education sector, focusing on tender process management, inventory management, and construction project management. She has also worked as a part time lecturer at NUST, teaching courses such as Sourcing and Procurement, Contract Management and Transport Management.
